12/29/11—Just before stepping in to the corridor leading to the legislative chambers, County Executive Mike Hein gathers his family Christine and Mickey, around for a hug. Ulster County Executive Mike Hein was sworn into office on Thursday at noon during a ceremony at the County Office Building in Kingston.The second term executive chose today so as not to be a distraction to first time winner Kingston Mayor, Shayne Gallo.
